Erin Crotty Troia
Executive Director of Marketing and Communications

Erin Crotty Troia serves as Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Graham-Pelton Consulting. In this capacity she oversees communications strategy development and implementation. Prior to this role at Graham-Pelton, Erin served as Executive Director of Analytical Solutions, focusing on the integration of fundraising and technology. Erin also served clients directly as a Senior Manager. She brings a track record of diverse, results oriented experience in communications, analytical solutions, project management, and annual fund development to Graham-Pelton Consulting.

Before joining Graham-Pelton Consulting, Erin served as Director of Development at Inova Kellar Center. Erin has also served as the Director of Annual Giving and Advancement Services at the Madeira School, overseeing all aspects of campaign communication for the School’s $60 million endowment campaign. Prior to her work at Madeira, Erin served as Director of Annual Giving for American University’s Washington College of Law and on the annual fund development teams at Georgetown University Law Center and the College of William and Mary. Erin began her career at United Way of Morris County, New Jersey.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and history from Marquette University and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from the College of William and Mary.
